For communication (costumer x KOJA) is web portal SERVIS KOJA.
- reporting of troubles ( requierements , notifications etc.)
- download files (drawing, descriptions file, manuals etc.)
- service instructions (work schedule, filling)
- news
- etc.

Dispatch Systems KOJA have remote management with secure access, this reduces service costs and reduced time of intervention.
The secure access guarantees to costumer the safety of the operating system.
Training   / Other

Delivery of the Dispatch equipment includes operator training of dispatch system and others interested persons training (IT staff , etc.)
Training is for:
- operators of dispatch system, clients of dispatch system
- database administrator
- others (for example system management)

The training is includes practical tests (Cetification).
Project   / Other

We offer provide of project documentation or TS (technical support) for the prepare of documents for the project.
Technical support   / Other

Technical support is for:
- contract letting
- project development
- solutions for integrate with other systems
- data processing
