The use of data and information support is an integral part of operational and crisis management. The application server contains a range of KOJA software tools designed for:
- Collection of data from external systems (e.g., fire alarms, security systems, CCTV, location tracking, enterprise agendas, public information systems) or data inputs of the KOJA system.
- Communication with automation and PLC elements designed to monitor and control physical devices (barriers, lights, gates, doors, status sensors, etc.).
- Providing information for effective management of enterprise security units (such as fire departments, security, crisis teams) and standardized procedures within pre-prepared scenarios when dealing with emergency situations.
- Notifying stakeholders or individuals depending on ongoing activities through appropriate communication channels and displaying feedback if applicable.
- Comprehensive record-keeping of activities and resources of enterprise security units (such as fire departments, health and safety technicians, security, etc.).

Main features of the KOJA information system:
- Proprietary Software – we develop the software installed on the application server internally. This ensures that we have confidence in the resulting functionality and can promptly respond to any functional changes in data or communication formats of integrated systems. We are ready to incorporate customer feedback into the system to improve the functionality of the entire system, or create new customized software solutions.
- Individual Customer Configuration – thanks to the logical division of individual software components, we allow the customer to select only the software tools they are interested in.
- Placement (Connectivity) – software tools located on the application server use exclusively the TCP/IP protocol to communicate with other elements of the KOJA system. The customer can choose whether to use a device physically located on the enterprise premises or a cloud solution.
- Investment Protection – given the speed of software tool development, we also develop our platform so that the customer is not limited in future development. For example, the platform is independent of the type of database used, ensuring backward compatibility of our systems.
- Intuitive Solution – our software is characterized by user-friendly intuitive operation with clear display of requested data.
- Backup Operation – the KOJA system is fully monitored and supported by remote system management with secure connection. In case of a partial failure or complete outage of the application server, we are able to transfer complete operation to a backup application server in a short time.
